Our Service
Our customer service team will support you throughout the inspection process. After you make contact with us we will arrange access to the property and keep you informed about the timing of the inspection. When the report is available you will be able to download the report directly from our website.
After reading the report, please contact the Inspector. Often it is difficult to fully explain situations, problems, access difficulties, building faults or their importance in a manner that is readily understandable by the reader. A short phone call can add a lot of value of the written report. See the report for the inspector’s direct contact number.

EYEON offers an exclusive rebate as a service extra.
We will rebate $100 to you if you buy a full price building & pest report from us, but do not proceed to buy that property. We do not offer rebates on Open Access Inspection Reports due to the low cost of the report.
