Our Service
Our customer service team will support you throughout the inspection process. After you make contact with us we will arrange access to the property and keep you informed about the timing of the inspection. When the report is available you will be able to download the report directly from our website.
After you have read the report, please contact the Inspector. Often it is difficult to fully explain situations, problems, access difficulties, building faults or their importance in a manner that is readily understandable by the reader. Please contact the inspector after you have read our report. A short phone call can add a lot of value of the written report. See the report for the inspector’s direct contact number.
