How do Open Access Reports work?
We know it's expensive to do property due diligence. Our Open Access reports save buyers about 80% on the cost of accessing an inspection report. Open Access reports also improve property marketing by making it easier, quicker and cheaper for buyers to check out a property. Because of these benefits, vendors agree to contribute to the Open Access inspection cost.
Buyers interested in the property can access our full reports and follow up service for just $99. Only the successful buyer pays an additional Successful Buyer Fee of $349.
EYEON Reports are always prepared independently. We are insured and our inspectors are qualified and experienced.
How do EYEON rebates work?
We know it is expensive to do property due diligence. Our rebates are designed to help with those costs.
When you buy one of our full-priced reports you are entitled to a $50 rebate in case of Strata Reports or $100 rebate in case of Building and Pest Reports if you do not buy the property for any reason. Claim your rebate by replying to your Tax Invoice email saying "Rebate Please" and our friendly team will refund the amount to the card used to purchase the report. If your credit card details have changed since you purchased the report simply provide your bank details and we will take everything from there.
Buying an expired report
Reports expire 6 months after the date of inspection. Because circumstances can change, we recommend that you request a new inspection on this property if you're doing due dilligence before purchasing.
However if you're interested in learning more about this property's history, you may find that this report contains useful information and so we keep our expired reports online and available for you to purchase at a discounted rate.
