HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A STRATA REPORT?

If you are purchasing an existing report, you will be able to download a copy from your account immediately after processing your payment.

If it’s a new inspection request, it takes anywhere between 1-3 business days for the inspection to take place, depending on the availability at the strata management office. The report will be ready within the 24 hours after the inspection has been completed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A BUILDING & PEST REPORT?

If you are purchasing an existing report, you will be able to download a copy from your account immediately after processing your payment.

If it’s a new inspection request, the report should be ready within the next 24-48 hours, unless there are issues with arranging access to the property (e.g. difficult tenants).

HOW DO OUR REBATES WORK?

We try to reduce the cost of our service as much as we can through our Open Access Inspections. Where an Open Access Service is not available and you purchase one of our full-priced reports ($330 for Strata and from $559 for Building & Pest) but don’t end up purchasing the property, you are entitled to a rebate. We give a $50 rebate on Strata Reports and a $100 rebate on Building & Pest Reports.

To claim your rebate, simply reply to your Tax Invoice saying “Rebate Please” and our friendly team will put it back on the same card that was used to purchase the report. If your credit card details have changed, simply provide us with your bank details in the same email.

WHAT AREAS DO WE COVER?

Our Strata Reports are available for properties in Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong and Perth. Our Building and Pest Reports are available for properties in all of Sydney and Central Coast.

WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Once your booking is confirmed, we commit inspection resources to your job. If you cancel your booking after 3 pm on the business day prior to the date of inspection, we cannot refund the inspection fee. Earlier cancellations will be fully refunded.

HOW DO YOUR OPEN ACCESS REPORTS DIFFER FROM THE STANDARD ONES?

Open Access reports are completed under our Open Access Inspections service, where a seller of the property makes an investment to enable a cheaper and easier upfront due diligence for buyers. The quality and format of Open Access reports, as well as customer support and protection remain unchanged. The only difference is a fee structure. You can find out more about Open Access Inspections here.
