How do our Rebates work?

We try to reduce the cost of our service as much as we can through our Open Access Inspections. Where an Open Access Service is not available and you have purchased one of our full-priced reports ($299 for Strata and from $529 for Building & Pest) but haven’t purchased the property, you are entitled to a rebate. We give $50 rebate on Strata Reports and $100 rebate on Building & Pest Reports. Simply claim it by replying to your Tax Invoice saying “Rebate Please” and our friendly team will put it back on the same card that was used to purchase the report in the first place. If your credit card details have changed since, simply provide us with your bank details and we will take everything from there.

What is a Building and Timber Pest inspection?

It is a visual inspection of all accessible areas of the property. That means the inspector does not do anything invasive at the property. The scope of the inspection is based on Australian Standards to identify major defects and to comment of the incidence of minor defects observed during the property inspection. The results of the inspection are recorded in the report we provide you with. A very important part of our service is a follow up with the inspector so you can get the full benefit of their knowledge and experience. Find out more here.

What is a Strata Records inspection?

It is an inspection of the records for a unit/apartment block or other strata property. These records are usually kept by the Strata Manager. A Strata Records inspection is not an inspection of the building itself. The purpose of the inspection is to gather information about the financial position of the owners corporation and to provide information about current or past issues at the building. What areas do we cover?

We do Strata Report on properties in Sydney, Central Coast and Wollongong areas. Our Building and Pest Reports are available on properties in Sydney and Central Coast areas.

What is our Cancellation Policy?

We charge a 50% same-day cancellation fee. If an inspection has already taken place, a full fee will be retained and the report will still be produced. Any other cancellations will be refunded in full.
